I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the Company drivers and especially to PA for her care, attention and support. My son felt safe and was very happy to go to school. If it is possible keep please our PA for the next academic year – their help has truly been invaluable

My daughters PA is Lorraine, the best PA ever! She understands Chloe the best and her needs, she knows her triggers and what to look out for. She is not afraid to tell the driver if something is not right or comfortable for my daughter. Needs to be more PA’s like her.

Thira and Yasar are good with Jacob, they are professional, friendly, kind and caring. They inform me of any changes eg change of driver or passenger assistant or vehicle, any delays due to unexpected issues like roadworks, accidents etc, which is important for Jacob being autistic and learning disabled can struggle with change and unexpected situations and I can pre warn and reassure him.

“We love Keanan!!! He’s a wonderful young man and has been a really positive role model for Lachlan. Even though their time together is brief, Lachlan has formed a lovely connection with Keanan and clearly feels safe with him. This is something Lachlan finds really hard, so it’s a testament to Keanan’s character and his calm and relaxed nature. Keanan is the perfect match for Lachlan and has made a very challenging time much easier to cope with as Lachlan transitioned back into school. Lachlan says ‘Keanan’s a really good escort. As Lachlan’s mum, I’ve been really impressed with Keanan’s communication with me. He keeps in touch about any changes of plan, and lets me know how Lachlan is doing if it’s been a difficult day. It’s hard for me to trust other people with Lachlan because he’s been let down by so many adults in the past. Keanan is different though – he’s got a great rapport with Lachlan and evidently cares deeply about him, which has given me a lot of reassurance over the last few months. Keanan is also very personable and makes an effort to talk to me each day. Caring for a disabled child can be really isolating so a chat on the doorstep with Keanan is a lovely little bonus!
